Safe Use of Sealed Wish
Despite our best efforts to ensure a safe site, we cannot guarantee that the site is entirely free of illegal, offensive, pornographic or otherwise inappropriate material, or that its members will not encounter inappropriate or illegal conduct from other members. Consequently, you may encounter such content and conduct. You can help us by notifying us of any nudity, pornography, harassment or unwelcome contact by clicking on the “Contact Us” link located on pages throughout the site. We will use our best efforts to review reports made through this site reporting tool within 24 hours and remove any content that is deemed to have violated the Terms of Service. If warranted we will also disable the access of the user responsible for posting the abusive content. Where complaints about nudity, pornography, harassment or unwelcome contact are made by independent email to email@example.com, we will acknowledge receipt of the complaint and begin to address it within 24 hours. We will respond to the reporter within 72 hours of receiving the email complaint to inform them of the steps we have taken to address it.

Your input of any minor’s personal information such as full name, postal address, contact information is you giving us your consent to store and use this information to comply with your plans and notify your assigned recipients. How do we use your information?
When you register with Sealed Wish, you create your own profile and privacy settings. Profile information is used by Sealed Wish primarily to be presented back to and edited by you when you access the service and to be presented to others permitted to view that information by your privacy and account settings.
We may use information in your profile without identifying you as an individual to third parties. We do this for purposes such as aggregating how many people in a network like certain products.

Our store is hosted on Stripe. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Stripe’s data storage, databases and the general Stripe application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Stripe stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Payment information will remain with Stripe for the purpose of any reoccurring payments.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
